Thadomal Shahani Centre For Management (TSCFM) is an initiative of The Shahani Group, one of the oldest names in the field of education since 1950. Members are on the management of more than 24 iconic colleges in Mumbai including Thadomal Shahani Engineering College, HR College, KC College, Jaihind College, MMK College, CHM College and others. More than 25,000 students study in these institutions.

TSCFM gives us the opportunity to become more confident in our lives and makes us corporate ready. The professors do not focus solely on bookish knowledge but give us a more practical experience. They also give us an exposure to new teaching techniques via fun workshops and flip classroom methods.

TSCFM : A New School of Thought. A place where you learn something new everyday.

TSCFM is not a regular B-School as it not only concentrates on management studies, but also works on the soft skills of each and every student. Other than that, every subject at TSCFM is taught in a very innovative way. Like, we were taught team building skills, by various field exercises. All the teachers are dedicated and use new techniques of teaching. A lot personal attention is also given to each and every student.

Learning made FUN, along with a great overall experience

At TSCFM, it is not a regular student like experience as the college is quite different from other business schools in the country. The best part here is that we don’t have any exams, but what we do have are rigorous assignments that help us learn everything that is necessary for us to build and groom ourselves into corporate-ready individuals. The college life is quite amazing and extremely knowledge oriented. It is an amazing experience overall.

TSCFM a great platform for upcoming entrepreneurs.

The teachers at TSCFM teach us in a different way as they teach via presentations while giving individual attention to each student. Here we are taught according to what a company looks for us in an employee. The campus is WiFi enabled and we have a great library. We also have a lot of industrial visits. The crowd here is very friendly and supportive. We also have a lot of case studies and research activities going on. All in all, the college focuses more on personality and skill development at the college.

TSCFM, One of the best institutes i have studied in!!

the teaching here at TSCFM is good. there are lots of activities conducted during the lectures. we look forward to learn something new every lecture. we miss the canteen facility here. the crowd is very friendly over here, the facilities provided to us are good, we have a wifi on campus which is free to use. we get to play carrom and other games during our free time.
