Thadomal Shahani Centre for Management (TSCFM), a leading business school in Mumbai will conduct a guest lecture by Frank Bond, Director of the Institute of Management Studies, Goldsmiths, University of London on the Psychological principles to enhance management expertise and effectiveness. The guest lecture will be held on 22nd April, 2015 at 11.00 am at the TSCFM premises in Bandra.
Frank Bond has consulted with a wide-range of organizations, for example, to enhance leadership skills in investment bankers and innovation potential at the BBC. He is a trustee of the European Association of Occupational Health Psychology and was recently President of the Association of Contextual Behavioral Sciences. He is currently on the editorial boards of a number of academic journals, including Work & Stress. At the Thadomal Shahani Centre for Management (TSCFM) Frank Bond will enlighten the students with his expertise of organizational behavior, psychological flexibility, acceptance and commitment therapy.
The lecture will prepare individuals to steer a course around organizational barriers to engage actively in the work sphere in an ethical and systematic way. It will also highlight on examining the organizational and psychological factors that determine work effectiveness and employee health.
