Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad (MICA) is an autonomous non-profit management education institution. MICA complements the role that management education plays in modernizing and professionalizing communications-driven businesses. Institute mission is to develop innovative professionals in the practice, development and management of communications to serve the needs of the industry and society through education, research and advocacy.

Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Communication) | 12 | Admission to the PGDM-C requires a Bachelor's degree (in keeping with the 10 + 2 + 3 system) or an equivalent qualification in any discipline recognised by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). Candidates appearing for final examinations towards a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) are also eligible to apply. Candidates who demonstrate aptitude for expressing, assessing or conceiving ideas that move people to action and achieve business results, tend to stand a better chance of being shortlisted. |

Fellow Programme in Management (Communication) | 0 | Applicants must have a Masters Degree/an equivalent qualification with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in any discipline of the Humanities /Social Sciences / Business Management, having Communication/Journalism/Advertising/Public Relations/Media/Marketing as a subject. The candidate also should have completed a three-year Bachelor's degree/an equivalent qualification, after completing higher secondary (10+2) or an equivalent. OR At least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a Five year Integrated Masters Degree Programme from any discipline of the Humanities /Social Sciences / Business Management, having Communication/Journalism/Advertising/Public Relations/Media/Marketing as a subject, obtained after completing higher secondary (10+2) or an equivalent. Qualifications described above must be recognised by AICTE/Universities/Deemed Universities. Foreign nationals and NRIs with non-Indian degrees that are considered to be equivalent (by UGC/AICTE) to the qualifications listed above, are also eligible to apply for the Programme. A Foreign National is a person who is not a citizen of India. An NRI is an Indian who as of April 2014 is working or studying or residing outside India, for at least the past 12 months continuously. Final year students appearing for their Master's degree or an equivalent examination, can also apply. Such candidates, if selected, should be able to produce the final mark sheet (proving that they satisfy the eligibility criteria), at the time of accepting the offer of admission- failing which the offer shall automatically stand withdrawn. |

Placement
The final placement process aims to provide companies with industry-ready individuals who utilise their innate talents and acquired learning to deliver superior performance. Firms get to evaluate students before an offer is made, thus ensuring an optimal fit between the company and the student.

Infrastructures
Spread over 19 acres, MICA’s campus can be best described by its red brick walls, ample open spaces, state of the art infrastructure, modern amenities and rich landscaping. With eight seminar halls, fully equipped with audiovisual capabilities every aspect of this diverse and vibrant community has been designed to help MICAns develop their creative and management skills.
Classroom
All the classrooms are well furnished with all the modern facilities.
Laboratory
The Media Labs at MICA ensure that students have access to media softwares allowing for advancing learning and development of skills specific to the areas of design, media planning and marketing.
Library
The Knowledge Exchange and Information Centre (KEIC) is an exclusive library that provides total information support to marketers, advertising agencies, media houses, management institutes and researchers alike. Besides providing students with a robust database ranging from books to television commercials the KEIC also boasts of cutting edge multimedia facilities and reading spaces conducive for imbibing knowledge.
