St. John Medical College was coined in the year 1963 by the Catholic Bishop's Conference of India. College provides world class education in the medical field and develops learner’s clinical skills. The college has been ranked as one of the top ten colleges of the India. St. John Medical College provides quality education, which transforms an ordinary student into a maven physician. All the undergraduate and post graduate programmes of the college are affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Bangalore, Karnataka. The objective of the college is to prepare a dexterous researchers, physicians, and doctor, who can serve the nation by diagnosing various diseases. So far college already provided galaxy of stars for the medical field, which are holding various positions nationally and internationally.

Postgraduate Diploma (PGD)	-	Aspiring candidates should have qualified the MBBS degree from a recognized university by the and they should have completed the Rotating Compulsory Internship of one year before the starting of the courses. Registration with the Indian Medical Council is compulsory, and thereafter preferably should have served in India for at least Two years.	-
DNB in Super Speciality- Gastroenterology	-		-
DNB in Super Speciality Courses	0	For DNB in Gastroenterology, Nephrology and Neurology- Should have passed MD/DNB in Medicine or Paediatrics. Infrastructures

St. John Medical College (STJMC) is situated in the Silicon Valley of Bangalore Karnataka. The campus of the college is encircled by the greenery environment which creates a scenic atmosphere for the learners. The edifice of the college is well constructed, which comprises spacious lecture halls, well equipped labs, and Hostel facilities for the learners. The aim of the infrastructure amenities is to provide a best possible learning atmosphere for the learners.

Classroom

College has trendy and air conditioned lecture halls, which are well equipped with modern facilities, such as audio systems, Overhead Projects. The seating are designed to provide students with complete comfort for the intense hours of classrooms teaching and interaction.

Laboratory

The laboratory of the college assists learners and researcher in their programmes. The labs of the college is well equipped with apparatus like Petri dish, A glass flask, Disposable gloves, Microscope, Burette, Dispensable pipettes and Gas chromatograph.

Library

College library has a bountiful collection of latest books pertaining to medical field, journals, and periodicals. College has a separate reading room for learners and faculty where they can work on their programmes. The library of the college is air conditioned and fully fit out with all necessary amenities

This college really provides a really good ambience. The faculty is really helpful. The college provides with a lot of opportunities to explore your talents and to showcase them through sports events, cultural events, fests. The college celebrates all the festivals.

Apart from the green campus, St John's makes us grow in many ways, be it academic or social. A vast amount of resources is available at the campus, which includes the library and the sports complex. Though, the WiFi connectivity has to be improved.

This college is known for being the best and it is undoubted one. The campus is beautiful with many facilities and the teaching facility is very good too. The extracurricular activities are abundant and there is overall development offered to students who are willing to put in efforts to groom themselves. The college has a beautiful campus and provides wonderful facilities like the faculty, library, a study room and an online facility where PPTs are uploaded so that the students can take them whenever they want. Classes are held to help a student mould his/her personality. It is a very nice play to study.
