Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) is state level entrance exam conducted for admission to Post Graduate and Diploma courses in private Medical and Dental colleges of Karnataka.
The entrance exam was conducted on February 1, 2015 and the provisional answer keys were released on the same day.

Presently there are 12 Medical, 19 Dental colleges who make available almost 600 seats which are affiliated to COMEDK.
COMEDK'S testing mechanism is optimized for admission to PG Programmes. Approximately 18,094 students from all across Karnataka State have participated in this examination for the academic year 2015-2022. (Medical: 13,615 and Dental 4,479)
Qualified candidates from the merit list will called for counselling in the forthcoming months. Students are advised to check the official website for regular updates related to COMEDK PGET 2015.
Course offered:
- Medical degree courses such as M. D and M. S
- Medical diploma Courses in Clinical and Para-Clinical Subjects.
- Dental degree courses (M.D.S)
- Dental Diploma courses in Clinical Subjects.
There is usually one separate test for PG Medical and PG Dental courses. The exam contains 180 Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQ) which is to be completed in 180 minutes. There is no negative marking.
