Shaheed Bhagat Singh Evening College was established by Delhi Administration. It is one of the constituent Colleges of the University of Delhi. College catered basically to the needs of those who were in employment but who had a desire to enhance their educational qualifications and achieve higher standards of learning.

Laboratory

The College has a well equipped Computer Centre with an internet connection and E-mail facility. As a student, you are allowed access to the centre. Should you wish to learn the rudiments of computer operations, you may enroll in the Computer Awareness Program.

Library

The College has a well stocked upto date library containing nearly thirty thousand books and subscribing to eighty international and national journals. The reading room can accommodate about one hundred students. The Library, an E-mail facility and an online search service. The library is open on all working days.

The college is located in a reputed area of New Delhi. Campus is surrounded by various cafes and malls. Easy access to public transport. Refreshing atmosphere. Students are friendly and fun. There are no hostels in the campus, but there are several pg's and rented flats. Classrooms are good. Labs are well maintained. 24/7 WiFi facility. Canteen serves delicious food. Seniors are good. No ragging in the campus. The college during election time is fun. Placement cell is active. It provides the students with the best jobs and internships. Reputed companies visit the campus for recruitment. Recruiters are strict. They offer good salary packages. Teachers are friendly, helpful and cooperative. They are always available for the students. They organise extra classes for the students who have doubts. Role plays, presentations, group projects etc are conducted regularly.

Placement and infrastructure

The placements are the best factor about this college. The food was lousy before, but the quality has increased significantly since this year. The faculty is very experienced and the infrastructure is tolerable. The weather is always nice. Access to basic facilities is available. The campus is fully Wi-Fi enabled. The crowd here is diverse and friendly.

The campus is good as well it Carries a brand name, teachers are very cooperative overall there is a study atmosphere in the campus. College also offers a good chance to every student to take part in extra curricular activities. an overall crowd of the college is okayish, it's a good eve college as compared with some morning colleges.

Actually i really loved my college

ALREADY REVIEWED SOME COLLEGES It's doesn't matter that you are in evening college or morning college at all, as crowd in both shift is quite at all same and i am very much satisfied with my college, college campus, staff, facilities provided. And also location of college is very much appropriate near to select city walk and hauz khas village, so i think, this is the best and suitable college for people getting 90% aggregate in 12 class

Small campus but is well maintained

It really doesn't have an enormous campus but I will say that it's a well-planned campus and it has all the facilities one requires during his/her span in the college. Moreover, there is an amazing support for co-curricular activities by the college and all the societies are given equal importance.
