LNM Institute of Information Technology, Jaipur is Deemed-to-be University, jointly set-up by the Government of Rajasthan and the Lakshmi & Usha Mittal Foundation as an autonomous non-profit organization. The objective is to provide quality education having research focus, so that students graduating out of the Institute can make significant contributions to the industries and society. The innovative curriculum designed by highly experienced former IIT Professors and others provide ample opportunities to students.

Placement

LNM Institute of Information Technology (LNMIIT), Jaipur has an active Placement Cell that continuously co-ordinates with various industries and organizations for placement of its students. It has already successfully placed a high percentage of students in industry. It actively obtains feedback from organization and conveys it to respective departments which, in turn, train students accordingly, thereby increasing their hit ratio. Several graduates have taken their place at different levels with reputed companies like TSC, Wipro, Huwai, L&T and Samsung etc.

Infrastructures

The institute provides its students with opportunities for exploring and enhancing their talents not only in the Technology but also in extra- curricular activities. Accordingly, our academic programs are backed up with appropriate co- curricular and extra-curricular inputs promoting culture, sports, self-governance and values; all of which help the students towards becoming complete human beings.
The students of the institute live together in the hostels which helps in developing a healthy and social relationship among them. Ragging is strictly prohibited in the campus.
Each year student elections are held, for various clubs and committies for food arrangements, interaction of the student community with the administration of the university, hostel fascilities, and coordination of active sports and cultural activities in the university.

Movie Club.

More to this, the students are the chief participants in organising various festivals and celebrations with the institutes inter college cultural and technical fest in the institute. Every major event in the university has been organised, handled and coordinated completely by the students of the institute. Faculty and management of the institute is always with the students of the institute.

Classroom

The lecture theatres are specially designed for interactive learning and are equipped with state of the art audio visual systems. Well appointed seminar halls for hosting talks by visiting industry heads, inter and intra college events, seminars, debates, workshops, etc.

Laboratory

Computer labs are equipped with server based systems and have high speed Internet connectivity. All students have access to the LNMIIT online campus which offers continuous interaction between faculty and students. It also facilitates online testing, discussion board and courseware exchange.

Library

LNMIIT has a large, spacious and well-stocked library maintained with an automated library management system. It hosts latest and leading books, academic journals, reference material as well as relevant databases.

The LNM Institute of Information Technology Review

The infrastructure of the college is attractive and huge. The environment is full of greenery. The college offers B.Tech courses for CSE, CCE, ECE and ME. However, the college is popular for CSE branch. Average package is 5 L approx. Almost 89-90% students get placed every year. There is a Library, sports complex and play ground available. Labs are well equipped with updated technology with great features. The college has four hostels out of which, three hostels are for boys and one is for girls. Moreover, the college has four huge Lecture halls (200 capacity each) and six small lecture halls (100 capacity each). Teachers are helpful, kind and supportive.

One of the positive things is there is no reservation of seats on the basis of region or castes. Everyone here is because of their hard work and intelligence.Its placement statistics are also increasing year by year.The faculty here is highly qualified. Unlike many another college where seniors are cut-off from juniors, senior-junior interaction is encouraged by many events.

Placement statistics of my batch

Placement statistics of my senior has been historical this year as around 80% of the registered students got placed till now. The highest package is offered by Amazon and that is 27LPA for full time and for the internship, they offered 40K/month. This year the college hosted campus drive with Amazon, Microsoft, Innovator, Samsung, SLK, Sapient, Zomato, 1mg, Buyhatke, Directi, Voylla, Josh, Evive Health, Kuliza,BlacknGreen etc.

Not a dream, but a dream maker!

Yes it’s true that it’s not a dream college for anyone, nor me. I was here as I got computer science course here, and the college is very much renowned for its coding culture. Here, your branch though really doesn't matter much. You may be in mechanical but due to the culture, you are the best in coding, web development or any such language. Not only academics, but it equally excels in sports as well as cultural activities. There are lots of opportunities and options to choose from, which helps in the overall development of this crucial period. The ratio of boys and girls is also nice and is almost 4:1 (pretty good if we compare other colleges).

It is one of excellent IT institutes in Rajasthan, also accreditated with Grade 'A' by NAAC. An endless effort of students, staff, faculty and administration headed by the Director has brought the institute standing parallel to IITs.
