The Indian Institute of Technology, Ganadhinagar is one of the prestigious institutes of IIT. IIT, Gandhinagar was coined in 2008 and it is situated in Chandkheda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Institute is dedicated to providing world-class education in the field of engineering through its undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Institute develops learner’s problem-solving ability and quantitative skills and makes them technical expert in their respective field. Institute does not just provide academic experience in India but they also send their learners for a broad academic experience through five-week immersion Foundation Programme for all new undergraduate students. The vision of the institute is to establish the process of learning that is free, fulfilling and an enjoyable experience.

Placement
The placement cell at IIT, Gandhinagar came into existence in the year 2010, with an objective to provide career opportunities to the students. From the last 6 years, the Career Development Services (CDS) was able to attract dominant players from the industry and sector. IIT, Gandhinagar invites top-notch firms to its campus for the recruitment process. Institute provides final placement to Chemical, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering students. For the placement process institute trained its learners through mock interviews, group discussions, and seminars and through organising workshops on various topics..
