The result date for GATE 2022 online examination has been declared. Candidates who appeared for the exam would be able to access their results on the GOAPs website on 19th March, 2022 from 5 PM onwards.
Students will also have an option to download their score cards for respective papers they have attempted in examination, from 27th of March to 29th of May, 2022. Students would be able to access their score card by filling in their credentials on GOAPs website.
The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2022 is jointly conducted by the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore and the seven IITs including IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Madras and IIT Roorkee.
You will find several new features that have been introduced in GATE 2022, such as:
- Answer key/score card will be made available for every paper to help students in personal assessment for future purposes
- A new paper has been introduced i.e Petroleum Engineering
- A virtual calculator will be provided to aid students in calculation while attempting examination online.
The GATE 2022 online exam is scheduled to take place from January 30 to February 07, 2022. The examination will be conducted in two separate sessions – during forenoon and afternoon on alternate weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
Points to note:
- Students should keep their admit cards safe to access their result and score cards.
- Score card is valid for three years from the date of examination
- Score can also be accessed after mentioned dates after paying nominal charges
- In case of misplacement of user ID and password, follow instructions on the GOPAS portal to retrieve them.
