AUD functions through its various Schools and Centres, which are home to its dynamic regular, adjunct and visiting faculty. The Schools that AUD has established so far are the School of Development Studies, the School of Human Ecology, and the School of Human Studies. AUD is committed to creating an institutional culture characterized by humanism, non-hierarchical and collegial functioning, teamwork and creativity.
