Christ University Admission Process

Once the candidates are through the Application Process, the Admission Process begins. Detailed information about the whole procedure is given in the points below:

• Candidate will be informed of their selection status (Selected/ Wait List/Not Selected) through the Unique ID login page/application status page on the University website. The selection process results will be declared 72 hours after the selection process is completed by the University
• The selected candidate must proceed to Office of Admission, Central Block, Christ University Main Campus within 3 working days of declaration of Selection results
• Candidate must carry the mentioned documents along with them: Copy of class XI and XII marks statement, in case of PG, the candidate must also carry mark statement of semester I, II, III, VI, V and VI & Year I,II and III, provisional degree certificate, degree certificate, transfer certificate, migration certificate and copy of work related documents
• Candidate must print the Sound Indian Bank account opening form attached with E-Admission card and carry the copy to process admission
• The shortlisted candidates must remit the annual fee and the South Indian Bank, Christ University, main campus branch, on collecting the fee challan from the Office of Admission within the stipulated date and time mentioned in the Admit Card
• The University ID, which will be given to the students would both be an ID card as well as a South Indian Bank ATM card. All the transactions within the university campus will be processed only through this card. 

Christ University Application Process

 Aspirants must follow the steps below for applying to Christ University:

• Log on to the official website for accessing the application form. It is mandatory to fill the application form even if the aspirant wants to apply directly
• Create a 16 digit unique login ID by entering email address, mobile number, and date of birth
• Follow the instruction given on the page under ‘Apply Courses’
• Registration fee can be paid through  Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking
• Candidate must submit a valid email ID and mobile number for further communication
• It is must have copies of statement of marks of Class XI, XII and undergraduate programme (if applying for PG courses)
• The aspirants need to have a copy of Transfer Certificate and Migration Certificate from the last institution
• Fill-in all the details in the ‘detailed application’ page and click ’Submit’. On clicking submit, a viewable and editable page will appear on the screen of the candidate. All the correction can be made here.
• Click ‘Confirm Submission’ to finally submit your application
• Choose the payment option and fill-in the required details to make the payment. The application will be submitted after payment of application processing fee
• The candidate will receive an application number with the option to print the application form
• Make sure to keep a copy of the application form for future reference
• Send the following things in an A4 size envelope: one copy of application processing fee acknowledgment slip, two recent passport size photographs, one copy of original filled-in printed application form duly signed by the parent and the candidate
• Copy of statement of marks of class XI, XII, and Undergraduate (for applying to PG courses)
• Copy of Transfer certificate, migration certificate. In case the candidate is from outside India then he/she also needs to send the copy of their Passport and Visa Page
• These documents must be sent  to :The Office of Admissions, Christ University, Hosur Road, Bengaluru – 560029
• Candidate can also submit forms directly (in-person) at: Office of Admissions, Central Block, Christ University Main Campus, Bengaluru -560029

Christ University PG Admission

Christ University offers various PG courses in streams like Management, Social Sciences, Science, Law, Engineering, etc. The aspirant needs to be a graduate from a recognized institution in cognate field and have minimum marks as prescribed by the university. For getting admission in some courses, the aspirant would have to sit for an entrance test, presentation, and an interview. Most PG courses are 2 years long. The application process begins in the month of December. The courses and their eligibility are as follow:

Christ University Admission 2017

Christ University is a privately held university located in Bangalore Karnataka. Established as a deemed university in 2008, it has been accredited Grade ‘A’ by NAAC. The university offers nationally and internationally recognized undergraduate, postgraduate and research programmes in academic disciplines like Humanities, Social Sciences, Sciences, Law, Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, and Management. It offers professional courses in fields including Business Management, Computer Application, Hotel Management, Mass Communication, Social Work, Engineering and Tourism.
University offers the aspirants the option to apply directly or online on the official website. Applications for MBA Selection Process I starts in October and Selection Process II in February. Applications for all other UG and PG programmes begin in December, M.Phil in January and Ph.D. in August.
Each programme has its own eligibility criteria and the link to access it is given in the course the aspirant chooses. There is an entrance test for some courses.
The university only considers merit and/or performance in entrance test and interviews to take admissions.
