Annamalai University

Annamalai University is established in 1929 is the only unitary, residential, multi-faculty University in the State of Tamil Nadu with 10 Faculties and 49 Departments of Study. Annamalai University Admission Process

Admission to undergraduate and postgraduates programmes offered by the university is done on the basis of marks scored in Class XII examinations in relevant subjects. Candidates qualifying the minimum eligibility criteria are ranked on the basis of their marks and a merit list is prepared. Annamalai University Postgraduate Admission

The university offers various undergraduate programmes in education, engineering, medical, agriculture, fine arts, pharmacy, etc. Admission to postgraduate programmes like M.Sc. Nursing, M.Sc. Agriculture, M.Tech, M.Pharm, M.Com, M.A. etc. is done on the basis of minimum marks scored in the relevant subjects in qualifying examinations. Established in the year 1929 by The Annamalai University Act, 1928 (Tamil Nadu Act 1 of 1929), the Annamalai University is one of the largest unitary, teaching and residential universities in the country.
