The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is an all India level entrance examination, which is conducted by the Bar Council of India (BCI). The examination is organised to evaluate the advocate’s skills and aptitude to practice the law in India. AIBE is required to get the authority to practice law after getting a law degree from a BCI recognised college or university. Law graduates are awarded the “Certificate of Practice” by the BCI upon qualifying the entrance exam.
AIBE 2023 registration process started from September 01, 2023. AIBE 2023 application can be filed both in online as well as offline mode. AIBE 2023 exam will be held in 40 cities across the country. The AIBE paper will be conducted in 11 languages to evaluate the ability of lawyer who wants to practice law in India.
It is essential for the candidates to meet AIBE 2023 eligibility criteria to apply for the exam. Only the candidates who meet all the conditions can proceed with the registration process. Given below is AIBE 2023 eligibility criteria for the candidates who are planning to apply for this exam.
AIBE 2023 application forms are available both in online as well as offline mode. But it is always better to fill the form online as it saves you from the hassle of posting the hard copy as well as the risk of losing it on the way.

AIBE (11) 2023 syllabus is an important part of the examination. However, the authorities haven’t made any clear announcement regarding the syllabus. Candidates who applied for the exam can get an idea of the same by going through previous year question papers. No, there is no minimum percentage prescribed by the AIBE organising committee.
There is no limit for appearing in AIBE exam.
Other than fee concession, students belonging to SC/ST category will not get any other benefits for AIBE 2023 exam.
