Womens College of Environmental Studies & Research Academy mission is to make the students aware of environmental issues and the moral responsibility to hand over to the coming generation an eco-friendly life style and earth free from pollution. The college goal is to provide the standard education in the field of science, home science and arts to women and to encourage students and teachers in the pursuit of knowledge and in setting high standards of academic achievement.

The Library Department have total collection over 6,500 text books and reference books in the library, out of which 4,675 books in the Under-Graduate Departmental budget, 372 books in the Post-Graduate Departmental budget and 1429 books are in University Grants Commission budget. 26 Indian journals, one foreign journal, 12 periodicals and 9 newspapers subscribed in the library.
