Vidya Vikas Mandal's Govind Ramnath Kare College of Law is affiliated to Goa University and recognised by bar council of India for imparting professional education in Law and by UGC. The College offers education in the field of Law. The college has distinguished and excellent record for over two decades. The college has organised various activities like Moot-Court competitions, Law festival, Seminars and symposiums on lively topics as well as topics of national importance.

Infrastructures
The college is situated on a spacious land area at Tansor, Comba, Margao in a multistoreyed building, at the heart of a beautiful scenic environment, providing a conducive atmosphere for learning. It has a sufficient number of classroom, spacious and well ventilated. In addition to the classrooms the college has a Staff room, Common room, independent Moot-Court hall,independent Computer lab, Gymkhana room and other facilities. The college has well equipped independent library block.
Classroom
The college has exclusive air conditioned auditorium with sitting capacity of 200. All the functions, special lectures, moot courts, programs are held in the auditorium.
Laboratory
College has well equipped computer lab equipped with 20 PIV computers. Our's is the first college lab in goa with broadband facility. The students can freely use the same for academic purpose.
Library
The college has a well equipped library. The books are issued to the students on production of their library cards and identity cards as per library rules. In addition reference facility is also available throughout the day. The library is equipped with a total of 10,000 books on various legal subjects.
