Vaishali Institute of Business and Rural Management, Muzaffarpur was founded, under the aegis of Vikas Seva Sansthan (a registered trust under Societies Act 1860). The institute of management was set up with an aim to provide quality management education, which is affordable and accessible to every section of the society. All the courses offered by the institute are affiliated to B. R. Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur, Bihar, also has been approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.

Vaishali Institute of Business and Rural Management is housed in a permanent sprawling campus, which is situated in the suburbs of Muzaffarpur City. The area where the Institute is located has many other educational Institutions and is also close to the Industrial Park. The surrounding is peaceful and free from traffic congestion. The main university campus is 3 kms. away.

Average performance college in teaching..

IRRELEVANT INFORMATION The college take admission of wrong teachers who have no teaching experience. The quality of education is provided by college is below average.... But the some faculty members are quite good like Mr. Arshad sir,Shubhankar bose sir, Mr. Gunjan kumar and our ex PDP teacher miss rafat naaz mam.
