The college Union Christian College seeks to provide sound secular education in a Christian setting and to prepare young men and women capable of providing an effective leadership to their societies, churches and governments when they go back to their respective areas. The college mission is to mould leaders to serve the Church, the North East, and India, by equipping them with the ministry of the Church in a Christian setting, and provide quality education to all, irrespective of their diverse belief systems. The college vision is to produce leaders, who would grow from strength to strength, based as it were, on a firm Christian background.
