Uluberia College has an excellent record in imparting higher education in the entire Howrah district of West Bengal. Uluberia College was commenced in 16th August, 1948 by a Headmaster of a local high school Sri Haripada Ghoshal also the founder Principal of the college The college has a splendid past record and by providing its traditional programme they are still maintain it. College imparts optimum atmosphere for the students by maintaining strict rule & regulation. Uluberia College has an excellent infrastructure facility for the students such as Computer facility, library and office, which makes learning conducive for the learners.
Affiliation and Accreditation:
- The Institution is affiliated to the University of Calcutta with aids, assistance and grants from the Govt. of West Bengal and the University Grants Commission, New Delhi.
- The NAAC accreditation of B++ to the institution in 2007 has further strengthened the attempts towards academic excellence.
- The B.Ed. Department of the college was duly recognized by the N.C.T.E in 2008.
