TKWs stands for The Knowledge Workers. The Group started its skill development education initiative in 2002 and since then, it has launched several professional and retail management courses. Seeing the huge employment opportunities in the Banking and Finance sector, TKWs Institute of Banking & Finance (TKWs IBF) was established to impart related skills to the students. Its Experiential Learning Techniques have been well-praised in the industry and earned it several nominations and awards.

Placement
Institute of Banking & Finance runs a career management cell to assist the students in getting placement and career progression. A placement committee is formed every year with student representatives.
