Symbiosis School of Banking and Finance (SSBF), formerly Symbiosis School of Banking Management, is a constituent of Symbiosis International University (SIU).

SSBF was established in June 2010 to address the growing demand for trained workforce in the Banking and Financial Services (BFS) sector. For decades, Symbiosis has been proactive in understanding the needs of the market and providing trained manpower, thus contributing to the growth and development of the country. Given that a strong and resilient banking system is critical for fuelling and sustaining growth, the importance of having industry-ready manpower cannot be over-emphasized.

This programme - MBA (Banking & Finance) has been designed to provide the necessary education and skill-sets to equip students to innovate, manage, lead and take on the challenges of this increasingly complex and dynamic sector.

SSBF was adjudged as the Best Emerging Business School by Bloomberg/UTV Excellence Award held on 18th February, 2012 at Mumbai. SSBF has also received the Award for Leadership and Corporate Integration in 2013 under the 6th DNA Stars of Industry.
