I would not recommend this college

Strict rules to follow. Gates are closed once you enter the college, can't leave in the middle of working hours. Don't provide any technical knowledge. Campus surroundings are quite good. The college campus is very clean and you can see greenery all around. The hostel is not maintained properly and the food is not that good. No extracurricular activities are organised. No placements provided for ME. The faculty need to be more experienced.

About the college Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering

It's a good college if we see discipline, faculty, cleanliness, labs and the other working staff. The helping members of the college including the office people and librarians are all very active and always helpful. All the HODs interact and meet almost every student to ensure that they score good marks. The principal is very understanding. We get holidays not only for the South Indian festivals but for the North Indian occasions too. The North Indians never feel neglected.

My opinion

The college is strict in comparison to other colleges. The college has a good infrastructure. College is affiliated to VTU. Teachers are orthodox and do not encourage new ways.
