A life of mixed emotions at Khalsa

Situated in north campus, Delhi University Khalsa college is said to have its name/fame bcoz of being in the campus area. Not denying the thought completely, the college has its own features and facilities along side a good host of the faculty. College campus is vast with a lot of activities that can be conducted and also has a gurudwara for students to go as and when they desire for a blessing or want some peace. Like any other d.u college, the faculty is a mix of lenient and strict teachers, great and mediocre teachers, and helpful and non-caring teachers. Canteen is ok. The college has one of its main areas popularly known as "Jannat" which acts as a host place for various activities of various societies. The library is awesome. The hostel also has a connected tennis ground.

Awesome college with many facilities

Great college to be in. First of all it's not so easy to get into SGTB Khalsa college due to its high cut-offs. But once you manage to get yourself a seat in here, you'll love the atmosphere of this place. And I can say it for sure that SGTB Khalsa is better than many colleges of North campus. Also, it's not that only Sikh students study here ( it's a common perception for Khalsa). Yes, Sikh students do get some relaxation in cut-offs during admission, but you can find students of every caste, religion, state and background here.

Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa college has it all, be it infrastructure, be it canteen, be it a hostel, be it faculty or fest, societies, everything is at its best. The library is the best part, fully air conditioned has thousands of book for each category, even e-resources are available in huge numbers. Overall I'm very happy to be a part of Khalsa college.

Okay so according to me, SGTB Khalsa College is the college I always wanted to study in. Not only it provides an amazing teaching faculty but also provides us with various opportunities in extracurricular activities such as sports, Divinity, societies, Enactus and what not. Also the placement cell is doing wonders and creating various opportunities for the freshers. So all and all. I love my college and I love being a part of it.

My gradual process in percentages gave me the opportunity to do the training in one of the renowned educational Institute. Use of projectors and 3D models used by our expert teachers made the teaching very effective. Faculties conduct motivational sessions regularly. It is the best college for the students who are future oriented.
