Placement
Silicon Institute of Technology (SIT), Bhubaneswar has an industry interface cell (IIC). The cell includes few faculty members, which takes care about the various activities pertaining to placement. IIC has data of reputed firms, R&D organizations, technical institutes of the country and abroad. The cell of the institute organises Placement activities, Summer Training Programs, Professional Development Programs etc for its students. The objective of the IIC cell is to assist the final year students of both BE & M.C.A programmes for placement in various organizations & Industries.

Silicon Institute of Technology (SIT) has a picturesque atmosphere surrounded by the lush green environment, which makes academics favourable for the learners. Institute has a well architect edifice comprises classy lecture rooms, computer labs for practical, well stocked library. SIT has conference and seminar room for various programmes. The objective of the infrastructure facilities is to provide learner an optimum atmosphere for the research & learning.
Classroom
Silicon Institute of Technology (SIT), Bhubaneswar classrooms are fully air-conditioned and well equipped with all modern audio-visual instruments like projectors, whiteboards, Wi-Fi connectivity and Public Addressing Systems. The facilities make learning conducive for the students and provide more practical knowledge about their programmes.
Laboratory
The well kit out computer centre of the SIT comprised with 250 WIPRO Pentium PCs, five HP Pentium Servers etc. Round the clock leased line Internet facility is available for the lab and hostel. The software library of the SIT includes Linux, Windows 2000, Oracle 9i, Borland C++, Visual Studio .NET, Windows XP, Windows 98, MS-Office 2003 and Tally etc.
Library
The library of the college is extended in a large hall of 1700 sqft. The library of the institiute is a centre of knowledge. The library of the institute has arich collection of over 30000 books and subscribes to many important journals, national and international. Library of the institute has a separate reference section, packed with total collection of 3000. In non paper collection library has CDs, DVDs and e-journals. The sitting capacity of the SIT library is 500 students at one time.<
