Over the past several years, a strong placement network has been developed with industries in the manufacturing, engineering, finance, information technology, publication and other sectors. This has been achieved through constant interaction with the industry by way of seminars, research projects, and on-and off-campus initiatives. One of the best colleges in Mumbai

It's a great place to study. It's a great place to sit and chill with your friends. It's a great place to eat. Parking facilities are also provided. The campus is a 15 minute walk from Sion station and 20 minutes walk from GTB station. Teachers are strict and particular about attendance. The college has a gym as well. The college fests are exciting and there are many eateries nearby. The campus is a bit small but it doesn't matter. The faculty is really helpful and kind. They provide personal attention to all students and motivate us. Academic and non-academic activities are conducted in the campus. The college crowd is the best.

College is a nightmare!

There was an infamous teacher in sies called the GPA destroyer. He was known campus wide. So I tried to sign up for some other teacher for radar. But the school played a nasty trick on me and I got shunted into the class anyways. I went into the class the first day and he started giving his opening talk about the subject. Someone in the back just up and left. "Wait! You don't have to leave!" he said. and then later on he walked down the aisle, actually he strode down it. "radar! It's a Hot Topic!" ::nervous laughs from the student body:: He taught us at gunpoint his new system of systematically destroying engineering problems that I still use to this day several years later, and even for my own projects. He turned me into a killer, a monster. Then the announcement of the project came up. I submitted my proposal. "This is unprecedented" He told me. I knew I was on the right track. So began my project. It started out little and then it quickly snowballed into an avalanch, it was a beast that was out of my control. The ten hour mark passed, then the 20th hour, the 40th, the 70th, and then finally the 80th hour was passed on my treatment of my project. At the end I was staying up until 4am for a week hammering away at this thing. I failed my bio class because of this project. But I submitted it and I passed the hardest professor in MAE's treatment of the most famous engineering course in the world with a C+. Many A students were made low that semester, and many people behind me failed or gave up. RD-107 analysis was my project. After this course my life was forever changed. I would never look at school the same way. I became a professional engineering student in those 100 days. Many people saw their doom, I was a kid in a candy shop. I thrived in the deadliest reaches of academia. I can now survive anything.

Amazing learning experience

About one fourth of the students have work experience at reputed multinationals. Others are freshers. Campus life is chilled out and the crowd is refreshingly above average. To break the monotony from formal clothing, casuals are allowed on Thursdays. Attendance is strict and professors take note of irregular students. Everyone has to have over 80% attendance or the compensation is extra assignments. Students do not hold too many grudges against their faculty. They are fond of their teachers; seem happy and satisfied with the teaching. Visiting faculty and guest lecturers are fantastic too.
