Placement
The campus mission is to help students identify career options and develop plans to reach their Goals. Students are invited to be in the process early, preparing their career objectives, writing their Resume and planning ahead for summer internships. Individual counseling with the Head, Career Services and Professional Advice is available throughout the Year. These sessions usually cover a wide range of issue, including introduction of students to the Career Development process, Self Assessment and Career Exploration. The benefits are in the form of hands-on experience and development of effective job search strategies.
Infrastructures
The lush green outlets provide a pollution-free environment of learning. The campus has a well-planned building having Centralized Air-Conditioned Lecture Halls, Seminar Halls, LAB facilities in the department along with lawns and shaded avenues at places. It also has facilities for indoor and outdoor sports including gymnasium. The campus has been carefully planned and adorned with impressive buildings, gardens, lawns and shaded avenues along with a temple near the entrance gate.
Classroom
The Class rooms are well equipped with all essential furniture and fixtures like LCD and Overhead projectors (OHP), white boards and air conditioners etc. We make ample use of natural lighting where-ever possible, so as to save energy. The use of ultra modern teaching aids makes learning a joyful experience at the College.
Laboratory
State of the art Computer, Internet and Communication Laboratories are well equipped with relevant hardware and software tools. LAN Structured Cable Networking is used to share the available resources and communicate with other computers.
Library
SDCM has got a beautiful library stacked with relevant resources on a range of management topics. The library subscribes 60 National and 9 International journals in the print format besides providing access to a variety of e-journals. Library makes use of latest software LIBSIS to manage the issuance and return of books. Presently there are more than 3300 text and reference books in the library. We also subscribe to various important national business journals and magazines to keep our students
