The Govindrao Nikam College of Pharmacy has a well-designed spacious building, of its own, which is one of the best buildings among the other professional colleges in the Sahyadri Shikshan Sanstha campus. The main building consists of spacious Principal cabin, A.V. Room, college office, computer lab, separate reading hall for boys and girls. Library is present in the basement of main building. First floor consists of three laboratories and two staff rooms. On second floor of building three class rooms, one tutorial room along with exam cell is present. Extension of college is done by separately associated six laboratories.

The college laboratories are spacious, well designed, well ventilated, equipped with latest equipment, technology as well having sophisticated and modern instruments.
