Private University Estd. 1952 NIRF #1 (Medical) 2024The Department of MTA was established in the year 2000-2001 with 2 year PG-MTA course. Our college is one among the first few colleges to introduce PG-MTA program affiliated to Bangalore University.
At present, the department runs Two year Post Graduate Master of Tourism Administration (PG-MTA), Five Year Integrated Master of Tourism Administration (MTA), Three Years Bachelor of Commerce with Tourism & Travel Management (B Com -Tourism) and Three Years Bachelor of Tourism Administration (BTA) course for those students desiring to take exit after 3 years of 5 year Integrated MTA course.

Placement
100% placements of the students who have successful completed the course. The students are given pre placement training and their data is collected and companies are invited. Mock interview and aptitude test are given for practice purposes. Companies visit the campus during internship and select students before they complete the course. Students can also apply for various posts in Tourism department, Government of Karnataka.
