The placement cell of the Somaiya Degree College of Arts, Science and Commerce plays an imperative role in nourishing student’s career. The Placement Cell of the College was setup in 2003. The college has an active placement cell, which is managed by the expert team. The placement team of the college invites top notch firms in there campus for the recruitment process. Placement team trained their professionals through various activities and imparts special training for mediocre students.

The college has a Media Lab for the B. M. The college maintains a well stocked libarary with more than 20,000 volumes of text and reference books, 50 periodicals and 20 News papers. Students have access to lending library, reference library and a vast treasure of current and back volumes of Journals. The access to library has been made easier by computerization of library.
