The University College of Technology is one of the premier and the oldest colleges offering Chemical Engineering and Chemical Technology education in the country. University College of Technology is one of the campus colleges of Osmania University accorded with autonomous status. It is one of the premier institutions in the state established in the year 1969, which offers courses both at UG and PG levels including Ph.D programs and established a reputation of academic excellence progressing through innovation.

My life at the college!

There are no sufficient ugc funds for the development of college in all ways. Also less experienced faculty, it means most of them doesn't have industrial exposure.College also weak in providing good core placements.Finally monitoring of academics is required for good results.

My college life!

No scope for research in respected departments and also poor lab facilities. Less experienced faculty. There is no good relations with industries which are necessary for good placements. Also, the college lags behind in various areas like administration and academics.

Poor lab facilities and infrastructure. Lack of industrial exposure and also lacks placements. There is no encouragement for extracurricular activities. No regular monitoring of academics and administration. So to obtain better results, officials should take respective actions.

My campus life after entering to Engg.

College seems to be quite good with a sufficient number of professors but unfortunately, we were taught by contract lecturers and suffered with lack of facilities to be encouraged in acquiring skills. Later few of core subjects were taught by skilled professors which we feel are satisfactory. We should persistently request few people to get done with our work. If one wants to grow up on his/her own our college is the best. After joining here, you get less encouragement from outside.

The college campus.

We recommend you people not to come to this college because we have very poor faculty. You won’t be able to learn any subject regarding course and we didn't have good placements either. We didn't have good lab equipment and our placements are mingled with engineering college so we have very a few placements.
