Placement
A full time Training and Placement officer is working for the placement of the students in reputed companies. Training & Placement officer is the head of Training & placement cell, which also includes students representatives from various specializations. Psychometric test is conducted to find the strength, weaknesses and potential of students. The CV 's of all the students are collected by the placement cell and are scrutinized by Training & placement officer, who organizes the campus interviews as well as sends CVs to different companies depending on their requirement as well as based on the psychometric test result of the students.

Institute is equipped with all modern facilities.
Classroom
Well equipped classrooms with latest audio-visual aids to keep students updated with latest methods of information dissemination. Large and airy classrooms, where students spend most of their time, make learning an enjoyable experience at NIBR's Novel Institute of Management.
Laboratory
Computer Centre is well-equipped with around 75 computers in Wi-Fi environment. Computers labs are provided with UPS Power Back-up. Other facilities include Antivirus Software's and firewall protection. Students have access to lab facilities in a supervised environment.
Library
A library endowed with the latest books and periodicals forms the backbone of any educational institute. The knowledge reservoir at NIBR's Novel Institute of Management houses hundred of books covering the gamut of management subjects. Currently the library has a collection of over 3,000 titles that includes reference books, CDs, and renowned national and international periodicals.
