Placement
The College is regularly interacting with Industry to identify opportunities of training and placement of the students.The Placement Season at BBDNIIT began with Companies like Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) recruiting students of BBDNIIT with an annual package of Rs. 3.16 LPA. Many other companies like ThoughtWorks, HCL, Genpact, BL Kashyap, Compro, SafeNet, Mobikwick, DrishtiSoft, Josh Technologies, Innodata Isogen, IBM and many other top notch companies offering opportunities .The highest pay offered was Rs 6.5 Lac per Annum and the average package Rs 4.00 Lac per Annum which is a big achievement for BBDNIIT getting big offers and pay packages for its outgoing batch. This year a new trend of many start-ups have shown interest in recruiting our students. And the average package offered by these start-ups was around Rs. 4.00 Lac per Annum which adds another feather in the cap of BBDNIIT.
Infrastructures
A seven storied academic block of the college with covered area of 1,60,000 sq. ft., is under completion out of which covered area of 1,50,000 sq. ft. is fully furnished and functional. A second academic block for MCA Programme with 25000 sq. ft. covered area with well equipped Class Rooms, Computer Lab and Seminar Hall is also functional.Computer Lab is having over 250 computers with internet connectivity through 2 Mbps leased line. Other infrastructure facilities like Stadium, Auditorium and Gymnasium are under construction and going to be operational shortly. A Yoga and Meditation Centre is also available for the students.
Laboratory
All labs are equipped with latest equipments. A state-of-the-Art Computer Centreprovides the students with facilities for skill development to the fullest withthe latest development and application tools with high-end machines. The centerhas 3 Compaq servers running three different operating systems namely Linux7.X, Windows NT 4.0 server & Novell NetWare 5.0 server, thus providingheterogeneous network on one single LAN.
Library
The need of a good library for a technical college can never be over emphasized. To provide its student and faculty with the best literature in technical and non technical arena, the college has a very rich library having over 5500 titles and 33000 books. The library of the college has an extensive collection of text and reference books in the fields of Engineering, Computer Science, Pharmacy, Management, Applied Sciences and Humanities.
