N. L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research was established in the year 1995. The Institute has been approved as a research centre by University of Mumbai & Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University to conduct research in the area of management leading to Doctoral Degree (Ph.D). The institute provides quality education with experienced faculty members. The institute believes that management teaching has to be an optimal blend of theory & practice. It, therefore, recruits full time faculty who holds post graduate degrees from the leading management institutes followed by rich work experience in reputed business/industrial organizations. The vision & mission of the institute is to provide value based quality management education with the global outlook and social conscience & also to be world class management institute.

It is equipped with licensed softwares in the computer centre which include Windows 7, Linux Red Hat 7.1, MS Office7, MS Visual Studio 6.0, MS Project, Visio, MS SQL Server 7.0, MSDN Library, Visual C++ 6.0.
