Nehru college of Aeronautics and applied Sciences has been playing an important role as an institution par excellence for imparting technical training in aviation. Nehru college of Aeronautics and Applied Sciences has been accorded permanent recognition for conducting various technical courses and training programmes of Government of India and state government. The institution is approved for imparting instructions to AME trainees and the training imparted herein is recognised by the Director General of Civil Aviation, Government of India, New Delhi.

Placement
The College ensures that students are able to explore possible career options in reputed organizations even before completing their graduation. For this purpose the college organizes counseling sessions, seminars and workshops. In the last two years, since this cell was constituted, the students of this College have found placement in reputed companies.
Infrastructures
The institute has state of th spacious library consists of more than 7200 volumes of books with 2346 titles, 30 international & national journals, cds and project volumes to enrich the knowledge of students to keep them abreast of the latest developments in the field of aeronautical science. It also facilitates its user with OPAC, reprographic facility, book bank facility, J-Gate online journals, Internet facilities and Delnet consortium.e art infrastructure facility.
Laboratory
Institute has a Computer Lab with CAM/CAD and internet facilities.

The College library has at present numerous volumes related to Aviation industry, Airlines and Cases. In addition to a substantial number of books on each subject taught in the college, there is a good collection of reference books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, bibliographies and books of general interest.
