Private University Estd. 1952 NIRF #1 (Medical) 2024Misrimal Navajee Munoth Jain Engineering College resolves to mould a human task force useful to the society through transparent methods that lead to continuous improvement of the resources and state-of-the-art methodologies conforming to recognized standards.Our College is situated well within Chennai city limits along the National IT Highway on the Old Mahabalipuram Road, just 5 kms from TIDEL Park. The College was started in the year 1994, with the primary objective of providing higher education to the deserving Jain students. However, others are also admitted without reference to caste or religion.

Placement
The Department has all the facilities required for conducting campus interviews. A large auditorium and an air-conditioned hall, Public address system, Computer system, Multimedia projector, High speed internet connection for faster communication are all available. Many reputed companies visit the college to conduct campus interviews. Our students also take part in Tamilnadu State Level Placement Program, Combined campus interviews, Job fairs etc. Students are also educated about the opportunities available in Public sector companies.
Infrastructures
A Maintenance Engineer with extensive campus maintenance experience manages the college campus. He is well supported by a skilled team. The major facilities of the college include a temple ,Spacious lecture halls, canteen, mess facilities, Reverse Osmosis Plant for Drinking Water, Modern toilets, Auditorium, Open Air Theatre, A/C Seminar Hall, Medical Clinic, Bank and Playgrounds. Routine maintenance and check of the campus is done everyday.
Laboratory
It is facilitated with 20 Pentium 4 nodes that serve as the Centralised facility with Internet connection for all the staff and students. It is operated between 8:30 A.M and 8:30 P.M.
Library
Dr.C.L.Metha Library System consists of a Central Library and 9 departmental libraries, which collectively support the teaching, research and extension programmes of the Institute. All students, faculty members and employees of the Institute are entitled to make use of the Library facilities on taking library membership.
