Training and placements: At MIST, there is an active Placement and Training cell for the benefit of students. The placement cell takes all necessary steps for the right placements of the students by conducting various camps: Psychometric tests identify the aptitude, strength and weaknesses of students towards their career development. Implant industrial training for students during their summer and winter vacation. Career counseling through guidance provided by senior faculty members and Professors. Training students to face competitive exams like GATE,GRE, GMAT and TOEFL.

Unlimited access to internet is provided to all students of this college and about 35 full fledged terminals are allotted for this purpose. In the library and information center of the college, students can browse and select from more then 15,000 volumes and hundred national and international journals. In addition, departmental libraries cater to the needs of specialist knowledge Ares. The MIST library has a large collection of 35,000 volumes with 3270 titles. The library is equipped with Digital library, facilitating access to 1024 international journals and more then 20,000 books.
