Private University Estd. 1952 NIRF #1 (Medical) 2024The Madhusudan Institute of Co-operative Management (MICM) is one of the premier Management Institute of the state. he MICM is functioning under the aegis of National Council for Co-operative Training (NCCT), New Delhi, being financed by the Ministry of Agriculture, (Department of Co-operation) Government of India. The basic objective of the Institute is to develop human resources for efficient management by organising various management training programmes. MICM offers various Diploma courses and MDPs for the personnel working in Cooperative institutions and employees of cooperation and allied department of Government of Orissa.

Placement
The placement officer as member convener identifies visits of various organization and agencies for exploring the opportunities of employment and training. To recruit management students of the MBA programme, the organizations are requested to contact the Institute mentioning the nature of the requirement/selection procedure etc.
Infrastructures
MICM is well equipped with infrastructural facilities to groom competent Managers for both the Cooperative and corporate sectors.
Classroom
As a constant endeavor to offer the best management education to the students, MICM has well equipped with the modern teaching aids. These include Audio system, TV, VCR, Handicam, OHP, LCD etc.
Laboratory
The Institute is having a modern Computer Center with 62 Systems and equipped with Internet and Intranet connectivity. To add more, it is having its LCD Projector with the latest technology.
Library
MICM Library has on excellent collection of more than 15,300 books on management and related areas. It also subscribes about 81 numbers of periodicals and journals. In addition, there are good numbers of audio and videocassettes on a variety of subjects. About 10 number of research scholars got their Ph.D by utilizing the library facility of the institute.
