Laqshya College of Management was established with the mission to transform the student community into valuable human resources so that they can make an invaluable contribution to the progress of the society. The Institute focuses on Industry-Academia interaction, emphasize on case studies and also conducts seminars & field trips at regular intervals in order to enable the students in gaining first hand experience in the field of management. The Management Department at Laqshya creates a favorable environment to the students to transform themselves into employable human resources, researchers or entrepreneurs. Laqshya believes that making students prepare for their future by sharpening their skills and transforming them into the most sought after human resources is much more important than the marks and percentages.

The Institute has an active placement cell that prepares the students through different training modules to work in global multinational corporations/industries. The cell invites knowledgeable senior executives of different organizations to visit the campus and interact with the students on current trends in human resources development and their expectations about future. The cell also invites the various industrial organizations for pre-placement talks. It provides the best of amenities for conducting the recruitment programs. Students are provided practical inputs and simulations that facilitates an actual understanding about the dynamics of business environment.
