Good college but the faculty could be better

The campus is good, the college is famous and in fact the course is very holistic and complete, but the faculty is quite inexperienced and not very keen to teach. The library facility does not allow you to issue books for more than one night, and the campus space can be better utilised.

Lady Irwin a perfect college for girls

Its a premiere institution. A women's college with a huge green campus. It is a safe place and has a hostel inside the campus. Very good faculty and the student council is also very helpful. Lots of extracurricular activities with all academic facilities. Its location is also very ideal and easily reachable from all parts of the city. Really enjoying studying here.

It is one of the best colleges of DU for girls from any stream, it offers graduate as well post-graduate courses in Home Science. The college provides facilities like library, canteen, Computer Resource Centre, hostel, placement cell, Students Centre & Centre for postgraduate studies. Teachers are well qualified and experienced. Strict attendance rules are in the role. The campus is spread over an area of 16.5 acres and is wifi enabled. Metro station is easily accessible. Also, provides an ideal environment for fun as well with no. of societies to enrol in.
