IRC (Industry Resource Centre)/CRC (Corporate Resource Centre)
Career Services at K.R. Mangalam University will provide a dedicated suite of professional career-related services to our students in order to give them the edge in today’s competitive employment market and empower them to forge their own winning careers. The main objective of the IRC is to enhance career prospects of KRMU students. IRC provides placement assistance to students. To build-up and strengthen their relationship with the corporate world in order to fill the gap between industry and academics through consistent efforts.

The IRC organizes activities like industrial visits, lectures and pre-placement talks.
Apart from academics, the students are given career training by exposing them to discussion sessions and mock interviews prior to the final placements.

IRC counseling team also guides the students through the process of making career choices which are in tune with their interests, abilities and work experience.
Assistance in facilitation of Internships
The Summer Internship Program (SIP) combines academic inputs with practical training and offer industry-related, hand-on experience in various career opportunities. They also help the students gain future employment contacts by networking with potential employers.
Strong Industry Interface
IRC organizes industry interaction programs with a cross-section of industrial expert and processionals from various sectors and functional areas like financial services, marketing, human resource management, operation, information technology.
