The Medical College was incepted in the year 1987 and managed by the Al-Karim Educational Trust, Patna. The campus of the college is extended in an area of 6, 00,000 sq.ft. Katihar Medical College is a Postgraduate College offers various facilities like Modern Operation theatres, Radiology with CT scan, Microbiology, Pathology etc.
