I believe that this college has a lot to offer. Academically it does not fail to achieve excellency and in terms of extra curricular, the technical fests are amazing and the other fests are organized on a large scale. The faculty is very supportive. The college has developed a lot in the past one year and it progressing with a good pace.

Well, I completed my B.E. course from here. Faculty of all branches are too good. Various competitions and internships are conducted throughout the academic year. Nice technical and cultural festivals. Good support from faculties and staffs. There is a lack of infrastructure but it is in progress anyway. Good football and cricket ground. Overall pros are more than cons.

A good college that is Improving every year

The college has a huge campus and enough space for sports and other activities. The college has two football grounds, a tennis court and also facilities for indoor games, all within the college campus. The teaching faculties are very supportive and experienced. Canteen food is hygienic enough and not costly. Since KJ Somaiya College of Engineering at Vidyavihar has a very good placement department, students here also get a fair chance to get themselves places as they are also allowed to sit for placements most of the time when there is a company coming to KJ Somaiya for recruitment. Two major festivals are Renaissance and Surge. Being an active part of any of these tests assures a very good exposure to lot many things apart from academics. The college infrastructure is satisfactory and improving every year. The only major issue is accessibility.
