JDBIMS continuously strives for the upliftment of women especially those belonging to socially and economically backward and underprivileged sections of the society. The Institute is among the few in India who charge the lowest fees for the management education. It has a team of dedicated faculty and specialists from the world of business and industry that are involved in the teaching activities of the programs. The Institute also strives to develop the Entrepreneurial spirit in its students and Alumnae through its Consultancy and Incubation Cell.

Placement
The college offers placement support for all its students. This includes final year placements as well as summer and winter internships. Students are placed in many reputed companies.

Classroom
The institute has several classrooms most of which are equipped to accommodate 60 students and with LCD.
Laboratory
All labs are equipped with latest equipment. The computer lab is very equipped with lastest software and hardware. Student have access to printer, scanner and 24 hrs internet with leased line to ERNET. Two technicians are always there to help the students.
Library
The library is equipped with a collection of almost 25,000 management books, a plethora of periodicals, an array of business magazines, dailies and journals providing students the reference and learning material.
