Applicants who hold a first-class degree in a three-year undergraduate program followed by an M.Sc. in Physical Sciences with first class, or an MCA degree with first class, are also considered eligible. Additionally, candidates must have obtained a first division or equivalent marks in their 12th standard (or equivalent examination).	Highest package ₹65 LPA. Average package ₹22.13 LPA.
Integrated M.TECH (CSE, ECE)	₹26.32 Lakh	Candidates must have appeared for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Mathematics must be one of the subjects in the qualifying examination (10+2). 10+2 level examination from any recognized Central/State Board of Secondary Education such as CBSE, New Delhi or CISCE, New Delhi. Intermediate or two-year Pre-University Examination conducted by a recognized Board/University. Final examination of the two-year course of the Joint Services Wing of the National Defence Academy. Any equivalent examination conducted in India or abroad and recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) or by state/central governments as equivalent to 10+2. H.S.C. Vocational Examination. Senior Secondary Examination conducted by the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) with a minimum of five subjects.
