IMS- Bhaddal is running under the wing of Kandi Friendship trust and is approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India, affiliated to Punjab Technical University. The vision of the institute is to spread quality education and Hi Tech professional education in the state especially in the less privileged Kandi area.

Besides this, National & International Journals, Encyclopedia, Handbooks, Research Proceedings, etc are available. The library subscribes to 30 periodicals of Indian & Foreign origin. It also operates a BOOK BANK essentially to meet the needs of economically weaker students, who are issued textbooks for full one semester.
