It is the only MBA college in Jalna District. Nirmal Krida and Samaj Prabodhan (NKSP) Trust, Aurangabad. The institute is in full flow under the leadership of Shri Desvesh D. Pathrikar. , a dynamic personality and the trustee of NKSP. The Institute has an excellent infrastructure with well equipped conference room, a computer lab and comfortable class room along with a good library. The Vision of the Institute is to attain global leadership in human development, excellence in education and Management.

IOMB has a good track of helping students find placements in various management organizations.
