Infrastructures

The Institute is housed in its own premises with spacious lecture halls and well equipped labs.

Classroom

The institute has well furnished classrooms with the modern facilities.

Laboratory

Computer Labs are equipped with 30 terminals on a Local Area Network with the latest multi-media systems with Internet connectivity. Students have hands-on experience with HMS and application packages. The Institute has a video production lab equipped with the state-of-the-art equipment to produce training films. Students are also encouraged to produce training films as part of their projects during the Final Year of study.

Library

The Institute has a well-stocked library with the latest books, periodicals, journals both national and international covering all aspects of Hotel, Tourism, Hospitality, Travel and Management. The library also has a good collection of Video tapes on all aspects of management and hoteliering which could be viewed by the students. The Library has multi-media resources enabling students to access Internet and students are encouraged to use free E-mail facility.

My experience from the gut

It's one of the best educational institute I've ever been through. Though the infrastructure of the college is quite simple but contrary to it, professors are extraordinarily amazing. You are having one of the best faculties to polish you so that you come out shimmering as golds n diamonds. Extracurricular activities add on a drizzle of fun along with learning at the same time. You can have great friends here. You will find people from every corner of india and therefore you will feel the essence of diversity of india.

My absolute personal experience

Well this college is having a great name everywhere and india! Got great placements as they say, apparently which i don't really see. They have great staff for only the 1st year and 3rd year!! There would be no college life joining this institute, trust me! Infrastructure is pretty bad and no basic technical facilities provided!

A great college, highly qualified teachers and loads of opportunities

Highly qualified teachers, very peaceful campus and good food, these are just some of the best things about IHM Bangalore. The teachers are very friendly and helpful, the course isn't very hard and is fun. Ample amount of free time and activities and loads of opportunities. It's an amazing college. The only con is the campus. It is pretty small without a lot of facilities like most other colleges in Bangalore. Overall I think IHM Bangalore is one of the best (3rd best) colleges in India for hotel management.
