The PGP participants possess work experience across diverse domains such as IT, e-commerce, consulting, BFSI, construction, etc. The participants come from premier institutes IITs, NITs, BITS Pilani, Delhi University to name a few.

IIM Sambalpur successfully completed Summer Placements for its pioneer batch. The batch of 48 received 69 offerings from 34 organisations in various domains including BFSI, Marketing, Market Research, General Management, Consulting, Strategy, Operations and HR.
