IBA was established by IIT and IIM graduated professionals, with an aim of providing world class management education. IBA has been approved by AICTE and has emerged as a trend setting B School with curriculum modeled on a complete understanding of complex international businesses. IBA is run under the auspices of Arihant Education and Research Foundation, a public charitable trust registered at Delhi. IBA also plans to offer customized, industry specific Management Development Programs (MDPs) through mutual exchange of latest ideas and research with the industry.

Placement

The institute has a dedicated Placement Cell working round the year to help students find best career opportunities with the corporate. The cell consist of senior placement officers, faculty representatives and students’ team who work together to achieve quality placements. The cell organizes guest lectures, industry meets and seminars, plant visits, pre-placement talks and other such activities to enhance industry connectivity of the institute. Apart from these activities, the cell also guides and counsels students to make best career choice as per their talent, organizes mock GD/PI sessions for students and puts up job openings from time to time.

Infrastructures

Set in the educational hub of North India in the National Capital Region (NCR), IBA campus comprises of well -designed buildings catering to meet the diverse needs of management education delivery. The campus is modern and environment-friendly with facilities like rainwater harvesting, picturesque lawns, and landscaping, trees in an area of 5.14 acre. Total built up area is close to 1.75 lacs square feet, one of the largest campus in Greater Noida dedicated to a single academic program.

The entire campus is wi-fi enabled, giving 24 X 7 high-speed internet connectivity to all IBAians through 10 Mbps dedicated lease line. 

The campus has been provided with round the clock security. The campus has 100 % power backup through generators; provide running water 24 hrs a day with R.O systems installed in all blocks to give pure drinking water to all residents.

All the classroom of the institute are well designed with latest facilities.

The institute have are equipped laboratories and workshop with latest equipment.

The overall review of my college

Campus location is good. Campus accessibility is good and is well within the reach. The faculty is highly expert and their teaching methodologies are also good. The placement is good. Extracurricular is good and many events take place. The infrastructure is good.

The location of the college is good and campus location is a decent one. The faculty is quite brilliant and is highly cooperative towards the students. Campus location is good and decent. There is a lack of extra curricular activities but some functions are organized. Placement cell is good and assists in jobs.

Analysis of the college

The college is a decent one. There is a combination of pros and cons. The good thing about my college is the faculty which is highly supportive and experienced. Infrastructure of the college is also good. Location and campus surrounding are fantastic. Extracurricular activities and fests are less here.

The college is located in Greater Noida. The campus is well accessible from major spots and it is in a peaceful environment. The college has the finest faculty but lacks in extracurricular activities. Placements are decent and salary package is also decent here varying from company to company. The college has a good alumni network.
