Ims Engineering College is affiliated to U.P. Technical University, Lucknow and approved by AICTE. The college provides Bachelor of Technology, Master of Business Administration and Master of Computer Applications course.  The overall position on all India basis is 23rd amongst Engineering Colleges of Excellence and 33rd amongst all colleges in India. Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) -

For B.Tech. - Candidates must have passed intermediate exam without any grace marks of U.P. Board or 10+2 level exam or its equivalent from any recognized Board with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subject; and anyone of Chemistry/ Bio-Technology/Biology/ Technical Vocational as optional subject.

For B.Tech . (Bio-Technology) - Candidates must have passed intermediate exam without any grace marks of U.P. Board or 10+2 level exam or its equivalent from any recognized Board with Physics and Mathematics or Biology as compulsory subject; and anyone of Chemistry/Bio-Technology/ Technical Vocational as optional subject.

For B.Tech. (Lateral Entry in Second Year) - Candidates must have passed three-year Engineering Diploma in any branch of engineering (except Agriculture Engg., Pharmacy and Architecture) or three year B.Sc. degree plus having passed 10+2 exam with mathematics as one subject.

Master of Technology (M.Tech) -

Bachelor degree or equivalent in the relevant field. Admissions are made as per the guidelines by the U.P. State Govt. and U.P. Technical University, Lucknow. The university issues notification for counseling and invites applications from the students. The university provides the detailed instructions / information through the notification.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) -

Candidates must have passed three years Bachelor degree course without any grace from any recognized university.

A full fledged Career Development Centre has been functioning in the college, offering result oriented services for building of commendable careers. The Career Development Centre helps students in acquiring soft skills and professional communication as well as development of holistic personality which are essential ingredients of proficient professional. The college has entered into academic alliances with global MNCs including IBM, Microsoft and Oracle and offers their training modules to improve the employability of students.

IMS Engineering College Review

Easily accessible campus. Peaceful and safe location. Refreshing environment. Fully A/C classrooms, well equipped labs and huge library. Amazing infrastructure. Campus crowd is below average. Most of the students are not interactive and are not helpful. The college management is cooperative. Extracurricular activities are encouraged. Good companies offer placements to the students. Teachers are helpful, supportive and kind. They use innovative and modernize teaching methods.

One of the best colleges of Ghaziabad

A brilliant UPTU college in Ghaziabad, with a great atmosphere to live and study in. The food provided by the college is healthy, the canteen is great. The campus is fully WiFi & air-conditioned . There is a big playground in the college campus and sports competitions are organized on a quarterly basis. There are various extracurricular activities happening all around the campus, there are a few project competitions held too. The faculty makes use of digital presentations to explain the concepts and topics to the students. The visual comprehension of the topics leads to a better understanding and easy grasping of the topics by the students.

Good experience with a great faculty

The college is a manufacturing factory of engineers. The college has provided experienced teachers that able to relate with the student body. The college has provided the students with the hostel facility which is pretty great. I would recommend, the hostel management to provide better breakfast and dinner. And the most important thing, that the college should provide books and research papers in the library in order for students to have an ease with understanding their concepts.

PLAGIARISED Faculty : The best faculty for each department. They help by giving notes, and previous question papers. Tests are held on every one month gap called MSTs. Many practicals are also held. Many seminars are held to keep students updated to the technology and industry requirement. They have their own student portal where you can get all info related to your curriculum and your study material is also there.
