IILM- AHL was conceived as a B-School not only to make the students employable but also to provide them an opportunity for holistic development by imparting to them mental, physical and spiritual skills relevant for life time. The Academy offers Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDM). IILM AHL, Jaipur is engaged in promoting higher education at the postgraduate level. During a short span of ten years, the Institute has acquired its place in Rajasthan amongst the best Management Institutes on account of its faculty, facilties and ambience. The institute’s infrastructure is fully geared to attend to the contemporary needs of the students. It has a fully integrated campus with state-of-the-art education.

Placement
ILM, Jaipur has been involved in a constant endeavor over the last few years in industry interface, training and placements. The Institute facilitates the Placement Process and provides an opportunity to students to demonstrate their skills and knowledge acquired here in two years for practical application in the corporate world. The CDC at IILM Jaipur assists students in making the right career choices. The primary focus is not only on getting the best compensation for our students, but to lay emphasis on the importance of job satisfaction. Our students receive constant inputs in the form of industry interface, corporate presentations, industrial visits and career development sessions by professionals, which help in skill development and also provide the vital link between theory learnt at the institute and its real world application.
Infrastructures
The institute is housed in a three storey building with a total built-up area of 24,369 sq. ft. The lecture rooms, tutorials and counselling / conference room, seminar hall, library, computer rooms measures up to the highest standerds of construction, space, design and interiors. the building is surrounded by lush green lawns.
Classroom
Lecture halls are air-conditioned and provided with modern audio and visual systems including OHP, LCD projectors and internet connections. The furnishing of the classrooms makes them conducive to both round table group discussions as well as conventional lecture formats.
Laboratory
The computer lab is equipped with the latest hardware and software programmes and Internet facilities. The Computer Centre is equipped with One Windows 2003 Servers and 60 Nodes of HP, with PIII, PIV and Celeron machines. All the machines are on Local Area Network, with an Internet facility on each machine through 2Mbps Broadband connection . Each member of the IILM family avails of a personal e-mail given by IILM, Jaipur.
Library
Library is under the charge of a professional librarian. A library committee, consisting of Director of the Institute and two members nominated by the Director from amongst the IILM faculty members, assists the selection of books and acquisition of other library material. IILM's fast growing library is equipped with a large number of text and reference books on management and related disciplines.
